Terms of Service

Forecast is a subscription-based financial data terminal providing real-time market data, analytics, news, and proprietary scoring tools to retail investors. The service is provided by Forecast and accessed via a desktop application available for download after subscribing.

Access to Forecast requires a paid subscription at £14.99 per month (GBP). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at sign-up.

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Forecast to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All billing is handled securely by Stripe. Forecast does not store your payment card details.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or proration for any partial subscription periods, unused time, or cancellations. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Your Forecast account is for personal use only. Account sharing is prohibited. A maximum of two concurrent device sessions are permitted per account. Accounts found to be shared will be suspended without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Forecast for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to access any other user's account or any non-public areas of the service.

The data and analytics provided by Forecast are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Nothing on Forecast constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. The MARS Composite Score and all other data tools are informational only. Past performance referenced in any materials is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forecast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
